About Diversity Incorporation
Today's workplaces hold the power to shape inclusion or exclusion like no other. Attracting and keeping the workforce of today and tomorrow requires us to foster cultures that genuinely embrace differences, with policies and practices that prioritize openness and fairness.
After years of examining how and why organizations face inclusion-related challenges, Aïda knew there was a need for a new type of DEI consultancy — one that doesn't just scratch the surface but strives to incorporate diversity into the workplace seamlessly.
So, she founded her own DE&I Consulting firm, Diversity Incorporation!
About our Strategic Advisor
Patrick Bertholon is a Computer Science Graduate from The University of Geneva. Over the last 30+ years, he has held multiple leadership positions in the High-Tech industry. Initially in the Computing Infrastructure, Software development, and Consulting business and for the second half of his career as an International Human Resource Executive at Hewlett Packard Enterprise, he has led large-scale transformations in all quadrants of the people function: Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, Talent Sourcing, Talent Development & Retention, Employee Engagement, Organisational Culture, Mergers & Acquisitions, Systems & Organization Efficiency.
About our Founder
Founded by Aïda Berkla, a seasoned professional across consulting, public sector, international organizations, and NGOs. Aïda’s journey is rooted in her passion for DE&I, believing that inclusive workplaces empower both organizations and society.
With certifications in Diversity and Inclusion, Psychological Safety, Project Management, and Change Management, Aida brings a unique perspective and a wealth of expertise on how to break down barriers around DE&I in the workplace.
With a personal journey of navigating and embracing diverse cultures and identities, these experiences have cultivated a profound understanding of the significance of inclusion. This sparked the birth of Diversity Incorporation, shaping a future of work where everyone feels seen, valued, and empowered.
